  • How do I get started?

    Visit our website and use the online scheduling system to select a day and time for your

    laundry pick up. Bag all your clothes in a garbage bag and then place them outside your door. We will come byand pick them up.

  • How do I pay?

    We use a convenient payment system that allows you to pay online. When you register online for a pickup, it is required to add a card. Once your laundry is ready, your card will be charged. 

  • What types of laundry do you take?

    We accept all types of clothing, bedding, dry cleaning and special occasion clothing. If you need it cleaned, we can take it! 

  • What if my laundry doesn’t fit in my bag?

    We can provide you with an additional bag if needed. A small amount of overflow items can be charged at our per lb rate. 

  • How can I find out if you service my area?

    We service all of Manatee County and Sarasota County - if you’re not sure you qualify for our area of service, please call or send us a message!

  • Do you offer commercial laundry services for businesses?

    Absolutely! We can scale our services to any size that suits your business.

  • Does your 48-hour turnaround time include delivery on Saturday & Sunday?

    Our 48-hour turnaround includes Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays for some much needed rest.


  • Are my clothes washed with other people’s clothes?

    Never! Every client’s clothes are washed separately.

  • When is my laundry returned?

    The standard turnaround time is 2 days, however if you need it sooner we also have 1 day

    delivery available at an additional cost.

  • Do I need to sort my laundry before pickup?

    No! We want to make it as easy peasy as possible, so we do all the sorting for you.

  • How are my whites washed?

    We use bleach or Oxi Clean to get your whites as white as can be. If you would prefer none of that is used, please just let us know, we do have some alternatives we can use. 

  • Will any of my items be placed on hangers?

    We hang all collared shirts and slacks, and that is included in the price of the service. If you

    would like other items to be hung, just let us know, but there may be an additional cost. If you

    would like us to use your own hangers, just send them with the laundry.

  • Do you accept dry cleaning?

    Yes! Just place it in a separate bag and we can take care of it. Easy peasy

  • What about stains?

    We do a light stain removal on all clothes. If you have a stain that is a little tougher, let us

    know and we can take care of it for you at an extra charge.

  • What do I do if I have a delicate item that needs to be washed separately?

    Please separate these items from the regular wash items by placing it in a smaller bag. You can

    then include the smaller bag with the rest of the laundry. We just need to be able to know that

    you want this item washed separately.

  • What happens if I leave items in my pockets?

    While we try to check pockets before laundering, we cannot guarantee that we will always

    catch an item before it gets washed. If we do find it, it will be placed into your bag along with

    your clothes and returned to you.

  • What if I am missing an item from my order?

    If you realize that something is missing, please notify us within 48 hours. We will do our best

    to locate the item and return it to you. If this is not possible we will refund the price of the

    garment,with proof of purchase price, up to the value of $100.00.

  • Is there a minimum for pickup?

    Yes, we have a $20 minumim for pickup and delivery. However, you can always drop your items off to us and there is no minimum for that.
